Job Description:
E-Meal Ab is seeking experienced chefs to join our team for a special project at Fayard, Denmark. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the workers during the specified project period. This role requires chefs who can work efficiently under time constraints and manage a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 40 workers.
• Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner to accommodate shift schedules.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 07:00 - 19:00
• Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
• Each chef will work 12-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef in a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and health regulations.
• Ability to work long shifts and manage stress effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
