Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced API developer and architect to co-lead a development team focused on creating an event-driven infrastructure. Having worked on integration platforms, creating custom back- and frontends is a plus. The right candidate possesses the ability to understand complex structures and simplify them and translate them into code modules. Experience in mentoring junior staff, guiding and collaborating in larger teams is a must.
Responsibilities

Utilize architectural skills to effectively translate concepts into API and developer language

Demonstrate a deep understanding of code modules and their interactions within complex systems

Mentor and guide junior staff members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Collaborate with larger teams to provide structured and engaged contributions

Streamline complex structures to ensure simplified and efficient processes
