Resource and Contract Management Consultant

Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Resource and Contract Management Consultant for the Global Data & AI in Denmark to coordinate and manage team resources, optimize capacity and supplier agreements across areas and teams in a large organisation. Experience with contract management and procurement processes is an advantage as well as an interest in resource management.
About the role

Coordination of external team resources and capacity to ensure optimization, utilization, and continuous calibration of team setup

Manage and optimize supplier agreements and handling of supporting systems and processes to ensure compliance with our procurement guidelines

Enhance our supplier landscape and provide support to RFP processes in collaboration with management teams and corporate procurement

Overview and reporting on contracts, resources and suppliers to management and providing continuous support to product owners and teams

Follow-up on individual contracts with regards to agreed services, invoicing, reporting and overall supplier performance issues

Experience with contract management and procurement processes is an advantage. Since they are working with agile principles and processes across our development, operations and architecture teams, a basic understanding of SAFe and Azure Dev Ops is an advantage as resources and capacity is handled as an integrated part of this setup.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, well structured, organised, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative, flexible personality with the ability to juggle multiple, constantly changing priorities, ability to work independently, service-minded, ability to motivate and work well in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.

Experience with contract management and procurement processes.

Experience with resource and capacity management.

Understanding of SAFe and Azure Dev Ops.
