In our company, it's all about guest experience. Relevant, personal, and timely communication throughout the guest journey is very important, from vacation planning and booking a vacation home to enjoying the memories afterwards.
As a Content Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality content for our websites and apps to support our commercial objectives and enhance the customer journey, with a primary focus on web content.
You will be part of the Digital Products & Experience team (35 colleagues) and will report to the Manager of Web Content, based in the Netherlands.
What will you do:

• You develop and maintain high-quality, compelling content that aligns with our company positioning, ensuring the websites and apps are consistently updated and optimized to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• You ensure all platforms feature high-quality, current, and relevant content, while consistently optimizing it to meet website targets and improve user engagement.
• You collaborate across Teams, work closely with commercial teams and park stakeholders to test and launch new content and developments.
• You manage production, focus on in-house content production, occasionally collaborating with external professionals.
• You handle translations, take care of translations to all required languages, in-house or as back-up with external suppliers.
• You actively participate as a team member in international project teams, working closely with Dutch, German, and British colleagues, and contribute as part of the international content team within various organizational structures.
• You continuously improve content effectiveness by using data from tools like Google Analytics.

You have a passion for creating engaging content and a deep understanding of its impact on the customer journey. With a background in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field, and a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
Your keen attention to detail ensures content accuracy and consistency, while your collaborative mindset enables you to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes.
With strong analytical skills, you are confident using data to drive content strategies and improvements. Additionally, you are proficient in both Danish and English.
