Customer Experience Expert

The Customer Experience Expert it is a field base position that will plan and implement omnichannel campaigns and activities to specific, targeted accounts/customers, cultivating relationships and identifying new opportunities.
You have responsibility for creating end-to-end, customer centric interactions and projects via a thorough understanding on customer preferences and priorities and designing customer experiences end-to-end through an integration of all sources of insights.
You will act as ambassador of customer experiences, driven by the ambition to create an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Denmark
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to drive sales at a national level.
  • Responsible for customer engagement at a national level with high sense of autonomy and accountability.
  • Good knowledge of regions stakeholders and ability to engage with them to develop value solutions.
  • Identify and anticipate future customer need and deliver solutions through mobilizing right internal resources and stakeholders.
  • Establishes and builds long-term trustful relationship with customers.
  • Co-develop high-level customer experience roadmap: set prioritization rules and apply global guidelines.
  • Owner of customer experience activities with the goal to constantly improve customer experiences.
  • Customer journey owner who manages end-to-end customer experience, identifies gaps, and works with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to find practical solutions.
  • Integrate external and internal insights into campaign development and design process.
  • Enable independent evaluation of cross-channel experience and overview of whole journey.
  • Reflect on learnings in new journey designs.
  • Contribute to integration of country feedback to the cluster brand marketing.
  • Monitor competitive activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated with involvement of relevant internal stakeholders and effectively communicated.
  • Support of KOLs and customers on national and internal symposia and congresses.
  • Responsible for achieving targets and assigned objectives.
Work relations:
The Customer Experience Expert will work closely with several internal and external functions and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in medicine or business management
  • 3 years of successful track record in sales and/or marketing in a pharmaceutical organization.
  • Preferably knowledge and experience in Oncology, Ophthalmology and Rare disease.
  • Strong commercial acumen with high scientific competences.
  • Team player, with autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience in managing project activities/Good project management skills.
  • Experience in campaign planning & delivery and end-to-end execution of customer experiences.
  • Strong brand knowledge & customer centricity.
  • Hands-on experience designing consumer journeys / experiences or other design thinking activities Experience in applying agile principles and fostering new ways of working.
  • Creative, problem solving, strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, natural ability to integrate in agile teams.
  • Ability to produce high quality creative solutions from the customer perspective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, speaking / writing.
