In this exciting and diverse role of high impact, we are hiring an energized, tenacious, and highly driven Customer Service Representative - Nordics to join our Avery Dennison Label Packaging Materials business (label.averydennison.com) at our Distribution Center in Hedehusene (Copenhagen area) with direct reporting line to our Teamlead Customer Service Be Ne Lux & Nordics, based in Schwelm, Germany.
Your Mission:

• Connect: Be the friendly voice of Avery Dennison, supporting B2B customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland during the entire order process cycle
• Support: Provide exceptional service, processing orders and resolving inquiries with a smile
• Collaborate: Work with sales and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Innovate: Drive sustainable business and build stronger customer intimacy growth through creative solutions

Qualifications
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, sales, or a similar role
• Communication: Fluent in Danish and English, with additional Nordic language skills a plus
• Education: A university degree is a welcome bonus
• Mobility: You're a self-starter with a valid driver's license and your own car, or you live in a good commuting distance by public transport
