The job Dancenter offers a position where you work purposefully to develop Dancenter's position in the market, increase market shares and create a healthy and strong business.
You will be part of a dynamic company in growth, and you will be part of a strong and competent team that reports to the Senior
Vice President. You thrive on building relationships, are driven by results, and don't let yourself be knocked out by rejection. Open, communicative and responsible, you have the energy and impact to create sales success.
More specifically, your tasks will be:

Expansion of Dan Center's customer portfolio, e.g. new sales to potential customers with holiday homes, with a focus on creating value for customers.

Intake of new houses via inquiries and outreach work.

To profile and market Dan Center's holiday homes and to hold events with customers and partners.

Preparation of mediation agreement, floor plan drawing, house description and coordination in relation to photography with the local office.

Ensure profitability and results in your Area.

Dan Center and Danland is headquartered in Copenhagen, but is locally represented in many Danish holiday resorts. Dan Center has three brands; Dan Center & Danland and Admiral Strand. Dan Center & Admiral Strand is a rental of holiday homes mainly in Denmark, but also in Norway, Sweden and Germany. Danland is a rental of holiday apartments in holiday centres around Denmark.
Dan Center is one of the largest intermediaries of holiday homes in Denmark and has agreements with many thousands of holiday home owners – a total of approx. 10,000. It requires a sizable and strong team. A team with competence, good collaboration skills and an understanding of professional management of the rental of holiday homes.

Dan Center is owned by OYO – OYO Vacation Homes.
