As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for on-site services deliveries (inspections, assessments, maintenance) and troubleshooting on equipment and lines. You will be regarded as a Bühler expert and ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality evidence of performed services. As you develop in this role, you will act as an advisor and trainer for 3rd party or customer craft labor for larger maintenance interventions. Your priority will be the markets of southern Sweden and the other Nordic countries, but other customer installations may be relevant as well. You will belong to the Sales and Service Nordics organization located in Skovlunde, Denmark, but your place of residence can be in Denmark or Sweden.

• Perform machine startup, inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installation and create documentations
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and train the customer’s personnel
• Support Bühler’s safety culture and ensure to embed it in your daily work by carrying out risk assessments, safety checks, and following safety rules
• Use the experience gained on site to support related departments internally

• Professional experience as a Service Engineer or similar position in industrial manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Fluent in one Scandinavian language, good level of English, German is a merit
• Willingness to travel most of the working time, mainly to southern Sweden and the Nordics
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (flow diagrams, electrical diagrams, Maintenance Manuals etc.)
• Knowledge of the range of equipment and process technology of the food, feed, or confectionary industries
