Your role as Financial Controller
As a Financial Controller at Time Xtender, you will play a central role in managing the finances of the organization. You will be working closely together with your colleagues in the Finance Circle, whom you will meet either remotely, at our satellite office in Aarhus, or in Copenhagen when needed.

This role is located in Denmark!

Your chunks of work and required skills:

• Financial accounting:
  • Cash Management – actively working on optimizing Net Working Capital.
  • Incorporate Budget and Cost Awareness
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and preparing for audits
  • Updating balance sheet accounts with monthly and yearly adjustments such as such as amortisation.
  • Preparation of financial documents, such as income statements and balance sheets, cash flow statements and consolidated accounts for management reporting including value adding comments about the development to management and board.
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyses.
  • Help streamline processes in accounting and finance in general and get processes and systems ready for significant growth.
  • Create and manage budgets.
  • Help ad hoc reporting to regulatory authorizes and senior management and the board of directors
    
• Continuous improvement and documentation: Review and update accounting processes regularly.
• Collaboration with internal team and external stakeholders, such as auditors, to ensure legal compliance and documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant technology, ideally Business Central (Dynamics 365) and MS Office.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
• Analytical approach and numerical accuracy: Ability to evaluate financial information and make accurate financial calculations and recommendations.
• Relevant educational background, e.g. HD (R), Cand.merc.aud or similar, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
