Currently, we are in an exciting phase of growth, and due to high demand, we need new employees who are committed to delivering quality work and contribute to the company's development.
Consequently, we are seeking engaged and responsible fitters for full-time employment. The jobs cover a wide range of tasks including insulation of pipes, ducts, tanks, heat exchangers, boilers, ventilation, and technical systems in industrial and residential construction. Experience with fireproofing is an advantage, but not a demand. We provide thorough training to ensure that you are well-prepared for your working tasks.
Responsibilities

Execute assigned insulation projects of high quality.
Coordinate regularly with the foreman/project manager regarding resources and progress.
Ensure that machines and tools are in safe and appropriate working condition for the tasks.
Collaborate with the foreman/project manager to optimize resources, order materials and machines, ensuring a safe and high-quality standard, with a focus on time- and cost-effective solutions.
Report immediately to the foreman/project manager if there are conditions on-site that prevent the time schedule from being met.

Qualifications

A professional background as an insulator, carpenter, or similar is an advantage but not required.
Prepared to work with fireproofing and associated documentation.

Personal Qualities

Structured and quality conscious.
Strong teamwork skills and commitment.
Solution-oriented.
Responsible and ready to work at various sites.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Level
Salary will be determined according to the collective agreement and local arrangements.
