• Oversee project execution in the PMO. The projects will be largely impacted by your own areas of interest and expertise
• Collaborate with the Head of PMO in developing material to the Executive Steering Committee, driving our Digital Transformation forward
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and timely actions
• Drive & analyze both quantitative and qualitative data for senior leadership decision making material
• Collaborate with project managers on progress, assisting to develop and design performance reporting
• Support our communications and change journey in important roll out phases

• Have a master’s degree in Strategy and Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Business or similar
• Have a thriving problem-solving mindset with attention to details
• Have a structured and analytical approach to the way you approach an assignment
• Have natural stakeholder management and engagement skills enabling you to influence key stakeholders and diverse teams
• Have good communication skills that facilitate clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
• Work well in a fast phase environment and delivers within tight deadlines
• Love working in Power point and Excel aspire to become a reel Power Point ninja
• Have international experience from internship, semester abroad, or volunteering. If something prevents you from having international experience (e.g. covid), please specify.
