The team you will be part of
As part of the Global Business Product Owner team, you will be responsible for the current and future design of the supply chain process in the D365 application from a business perspective.

The Global Product Owner Team is located at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you as our new Business Product Owner, will be joining our small, but mighty, supply chain and System Excellence team consisting of highly skilled, friendly and enthusiastic colleagues who enjoy an open dialogue. You will report to Senior Manager, Global Operations D365 Dorthe Fugl.

You will work closely with the teams of other Business Product owners for D365 and other applications, IT Product owners, architects, Global and Local Process Owners and Functional Consultants.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

focus on stabilizing, developing, optimizing and standardization of the current solution and you will also be a key player in the future solution via minor request from business
have a key role in the DTP – Digital Transformation Program, which is leading GN into the future of one common ERP and aligned process across the three divisions Hearing, Enterprise and Gaming.
be energized by tasks related to both operations and projects and thrive in the environment that need focus more key areas simultaneous
play the key role in reviewing and securing that business request are compliant with our global processes, and you will be doing the translation of the aligned process into design requests
perform the system integration test and also facilitate the User Acceptance test with a superuser or requester

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

have in depth working knowledge of processes within at least one of Inventory, Warehouse, Order management, Planning, Procurement, Master Data, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance
have experience working with D365FO
have experience from a similar role or from implementations of ERP systems
have experience within supply chain processes
have good stakeholder management skills and consider yourself a team-player
are fluent in English both orally and in writing
