• Optimize recruitment processes using innovative assessment platforms and tools, aligned with the overall Pandora talent framework, to enhance candidate experience, reduce administration for managers, decrease time to hire
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) metrics implementation, showcasing measurable results.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and fostering collaboration without hierarchical constraints.
• Partner with the EVP team in Global Communication and ensure local adoption to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale niche white-collar hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage executive recruitment balancing internal executive search and working with a Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL).

• Proven experience in leading large-scale recruitment teams within a multinational environment.
• Background in a top recruitment agency is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing executive hiring functions and optimizing recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
• Strong track record in implementing DEI initiatives with visible impact.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
