At FOSS, our Finance department is driven by high standards, with a strong focus on supporting our subsidiaries globally through professionalism and precision. In this role, you will work with dedicated specialists and controllers to ensure effective, reliable, and insightful financial processes. Your primary focus will be on globalizing, standardizing and optimizing our finance processes across our finance systems – primarily SAP ERP to further strengthen FOSS’s reporting capabilities.
Make an impact with your SAP and process management expertise
As our new Global Process Owner, Finance, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our SAP environment within Group Accounting & Reporting, as well as overseeing global process ownership to ensure consistency and efficiency. Specifically, you will:
- Global Process Ownership: Standardize and optimize global finance processes across FOSS, identifying areas for enhancement and leading the implementation of new, efficient processes
- Manage SAP FI/CO: Drive efficient operation, maintenance, and improvements in finance systems related to accounting and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related support within the team
- Project Leadership: Oversee projects focused on system development, process optimization, and digital transformation, working closely with IT and external consultants
- Financial Process Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance and quality in all financial processes, supporting external and internal audits and upholding relevant standards and regulations
- Data Governance and Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and availability of financial data to support effective decision-making within the organization
- A relevant educational background in finance, accounting, IT, or a similar field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally within a large international company
- Proven track record in process optimization and digitalization of finance processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work across functions and international boundaries
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
