Global SVP of Sales at Zero North
As Zero North continues its strong growth trajectory, we are seeking an accomplished Global SVP of Sales to drive the performance of our senior sales force and further expand our enterprise customer base. This executive role, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is essential for sustaining and enhancing the high-performance culture within our sales organization
As a Global SVP of Sales, reporting directly to our CEO based in Denmark, you will drive significant revenue growth across global markets, ensuring the achievement of ambitious individual and team targets, while fostering a high-performance culture within a rapidly scaling team.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies focused on growth, with a strong emphasis on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning, with ongoing training programs.

Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and represent the sales organization in executive leadership meetings, providing key insights and direction.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead major negotiations and strategic customer engagements

Efficiently manage the sales budget, set accurate forecasts, and collaborate with finance on financial reporting

Utilize data analytics to monitor and enhance sales performance. Regularly report on sales metrics and market trends to the executive team.

Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy, targeting key accounts and driving revenue growth.

Stay up to date with industry trends through rigorous market research and competitive analysis. Proactively address competitive challenges and opportunities.
Your profile:
-
10+ years of experience in Saa S, digital, or technology sales.
-
Background in the Shipping and/or Maritime industry.
-
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with C-level executives in key industries.

Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and its market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and closing high-value deals in complex environments.
- Experience in launching innovative, market-defining products.

Team-oriented with a collaborative selling approach.

Willingness to travel as required.

Fluency in English is essential.
