Your new role
As our new Global Speak Up Associate, you will report to our Senior Global Speak Up Manager and be part of a diverse and dedicated team who enjoys working together. We share a commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world.
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring effective case management, incl. creating cases in case management system, receipt of concerns, etc.
• Handling invoices
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across all Speak Up case records
• Continuously improving data handling practices and reporting methodologies
• Contributing to the development of our internal procedures and toolbox for handling of Speak Up cases

You will be collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to support a healthy Speak Up culture for Ramboll employees all around the world. You will play a key role in ensuring that Ramboll adheres to its Speak-Up policies. No two days will be the same, but they will be challenging and fun.
