The role and opportunities

As a Graduate in CFO, you’ll be part of our Assurance services, where you’ll have the opportunity to build a truly exceptional experience by working across different sectors and businesses.

At CFO-Services we strive to become the CFO’s most trusted advisor, and we can help in all areas of our clients’ economic team.
At CFO-services, we believe that the most trusted advisor is one, who understands all areas of the economic function. And to fully understand the areas, you need to experience them. This is why we have tailored a career-program, in which you will progress through the layers of the economic functions, from bookkeeping to interim CFO. Thus, as a graduate at CFO-Services, your initial engagements will be as support in bookkeeping, and gradually gain responsibility of monthly figures, engaging in a more financial controller-like role, before becoming a strategic advisor for the CFO.

Your profile

• You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset. What you know matters. • You are familiar with debit and credit. You have basic understanding of debit and credit in bookkeeping, and preferably you have experience with one or more known ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, Microsoft BC, or similar).
• Qualifications:
  • You have graduated in 2023 or are planning to graduate in 2024 with a business or finance degree, e.g.: cand.merc.(aud.), cand.merc.(fir.), or the like
  • You speak and write Danish fluently and you are comfortable in speaking English
  • Preferably you have had a student job as in a finance team

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

• Application: Fill out the application form and upload your CV and a copy of your most recent grade transcript.
• Assessment: After your application is received, we will send you a link to our gamified assessment, which takes approx. 8 minutes to complete. Please complete the assessment as soon as possible and no later than 13 November.
• Video: Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive a link to three video questions that will allow you to elaborate on your motivation for applying. This must be answered and completed no later than 17 November.
• Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of face-to-face interviews including one case interview. The interviews will take place in November and December 2024.
