Support young talent in kickstarting their careers in a global company
Responsible for all things ECCO Graduate Programme, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our global Graduate Programme annual cycle, including rotation planning with leaders throughout the business, career development planning with Graduates, recruitment and employer branding and people review sessions. To do this, you will need to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of global stakeholders, including local People & Culture units, senior leaders and line managers.

As ECCO’s Graduate Programme Lead, you will ensure the success of all aspects of the programme. You will operate as a sparring partner for the global organisation when hosting rotations for Graduates, mentors, as well as for the Graduates on their continuous development in the early stages of their career.

Your responsibilities: career development and stakeholder management
As ECCO’s Graduate Programme Lead, you will ensure the success of all aspects of the programme. You will operate as a sparring partner for the global organisation when hosting rotations for Graduates, mentors, as well as for the Graduates on their continuous development in the early stages of their career.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the annual cycle of the Graduate Programme, including coordination, planning and communication of rotations, learning hubs and people review sessions to Graduates, mentors and hosting line managers
- Acting as a sparring partner for Graduates, mentors and hosting line managers; collecting feedback on performance, feeding into continuous development and career path planning
- Leading the annual recruitment cycle; working with mentors and P&C Business Partners on conducting interviews and assessment days; ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and coordinating onboarding
- Driving employer branding initiatives, targeted at the ECCO Graduate programme, whilst also strengthening the ECCO employer brand
- Developing the programme concept based on organizational needs, competency requirements and feedback from the business
- The ECCO Graduate budget and ensure payroll is executed monthly
- Evaluate need, develop and roll-out a strategy for early careers (student workers and interns)
Who we’re hoping to find – is this you?
This is an ideal position for a candidate with 2 – 4 years’ experience in a global organisation, preferably within a People & Culture/Human Resources department or people management experience.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, at a minimum
- Have professional experience in HR or people management areas
- Have experience in career coaching
- Can work independently, show proactivity and a strong drive for results
- Can navigate your way around an international business
- Can manage and work with stakeholders at all seniority levels and not afraid to back-down from a discussion
- Can oversee the bigger picture whilst also having significant attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills
- Can prioritize and adapt to change in a fast-moving environment, quickly coming up with plan B and C
- Are fluent in English
