What we offer you

• Take charge of legal activities within a dynamic and fast-paced sales organization.
• Support IN Groupe by reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, handling corporate governance tasks, and managing commercial disputes.

What you’ll do
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in supporting IN Groupe with a variety of legal tasks, providing hands-on experience across different areas. You’ll work closely with three Danish companies and our Norwegian branch, giving you valuable insights into both local and cross-border operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking on legal activities in a fast-moving sales organization.
• Supporting teams based in both Denmark and Norway.
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT law.
• Assisting with any commercial disputes that may arise from client contracts.
• Supporting IN Groupe’s strategic business unit, "Digital Services," when needed.
• Organizing and conducting legal training sessions for employees.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, especially the "Digital Decade Package."

About you

Qualifications

• You hold a Danish law degree.
• You have a few years of experience working in a law firm, as an in-house lawyer, legal counsel, or in a relevant legal role.
• You are proficient in both written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
