Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting department are looking for graduates with both a technical, business, or social sciences background to join our Public Service team.

As a consultant in the Public Service team you will shape the future of the public sector
Within the Public Service team, we assist public sector clients across municipalities, regions, ministries, and agencies in solving some of society's biggest challenges. Depending on your profile and interests, you will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of tasks, including:

Developing business cases and analyzing policies and political proposals to shape the organizational strategies of public sector clients
Formulating technology strategies and advising on the use of new technologies to reinvent digital service offerings or optimize processes
Spearheading the responsible use of data and artificial intelligence to create data driven, efficient and effective public services
Helping to shape and manage highly complex digital transformations and manage programs, projects and change
Advising on sourcing and procurement, executing public tenders and helping clients mature vendor and contract management capabilities

As a consultant in the Public Service team, you will help our clients with some of their most complex issues, and you will work with ambitious and talented colleagues in both Denmark and across the Nordics and globally. In addition to assisting our customers, you will make your mark on the department by contributing to business development, participating in conferences and events, preparing offers, assisting with recruitment, and preparing and participating in customer meetings.

We are looking for a new colleague with the following profile:

You are able to work fluently in Danish, orally as well as written – this is a demand as the work language of our customers is Danish
You have just graduated or you will graduate during summer 2024
You have experience with and/or interest in the public sector
You have a master’s degree relevant for public sector consulting or technology consulting with high grades
You have strong analytical skills
You can effectively absorb and analyse information and work out creative solutions to complex problems
You are a team player and naturally creates trust-based relationships
You take initiative and responsibility and ensure progress in the tasks you engage in.
