• Lead and coordinate M&A transactions from initiation to completion
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence
• Develop financial models and valuation assessments
• Structure and negotiate deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors
• Accelerate Hearing, Enterprise and Gaming strategy by sourcing investments through target screening
• Prepare investment recommendations for executive management and Board of Directors
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects of financial nature

• have a master’s degree within finance or economics where you graduated in the top quartile
• have 3-5 years of experience from an investment bank, private equity firm, corporate M&A team or transaction services
• have strong analytical and negotiation skills
• are a natural team player who demonstrates great communication and stakeholder management skills
• consider yourself detail and solution-oriented and intellectually curious
• have strong Excel modelling and Power Point skills
• are fluent in Danish and English – spoken and written
