Market Analysis and data management in this role is crucial for maximizing the value of our data and ensuring accurate sales analysis, in-market insights, and visualization of those.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you confidently drive multilayered market statistics and quantitative analysis and at the same time demonstrate the ability to formulate proposals and solutions in response to business and internal customer’s needs. You continue the development of our Nordic market data driven approach, by collecting, consolidating, and transforming relevant in-market data into an accessible hub of information, enabling the commercial organization to access, analyze, and apply gained insights to continue growing our business within Animal Health.

As our Business Analyst you will be on a continued journey to always provide relevant and sufficient data and identify needs for additional statistics, while assuring that data is at any time updated, consolidated, and unified with regards to business categories, point of sales, regions, etc.

As a person, professional, and team member you master outstanding listening and communication skills and the ability to interact with various populations and internal stakeholders.

Your key drivers are excellent business understanding, curiosity on data availability, as well as mastering an analytical mindset applied to consolidate Nordic in-market data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, consolidate, and transform various in-market data sources, define categories, and apply suitable tools for analysis and presentations.
• Consolidate data to assure cross functional and uniform usage, and challenge specific data needs to maintain a basic pool of data, promoting a common Nordic data platform allowing for comparison and business decisions across the region.
• Continuously cooperate with various organizational stakeholders to understand need for data, and the potential availability.
• Prepare & Present in-market data to a format that allows for multiple approach analysis.

Requirements:
To Succeed in this role, you:

• Have a degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or Business Administration, preferably within data management.
• Either from a similar role as Business Analyst, Market Analyst, or a Consultant you are experienced in data analytical processes, tools, and visualization, and understand the strategic impact data have.
• Excellent Business understanding and ability to reflect on own contribution to support our growth.
• High project and time management skills.
• Speak Danish and have a good command of English language. Another Nordic language (SE, NO, FI) is an asset.

Technical skills / requirements:

• Thrive with statistics and quantitative analysis.
• High ability to handle and segregate multiple layers of data,
• Ability to consolidate, automatize, and present data,
• Ability to detect missing data and suggest ways to obtain those,
• Super user in Excel incl. Power Query/Pivot, Power BI, AI, and other related tools.
• Ability to prepare multiple data sources for various angles analysis: Segment, market, channel, product, customer, pricing,

This position is based in our Nordic, Zoetis Animal Health office, situated in Østerbro, Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel requirements will be seldom but may occur when relevant to the business.
