Operations Specialist

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Last-mile department in Denmark. A significant part of the job involves improving our processes and workflows as we grow. You will play a key role in finding and growing with new partners, as well as expanding our business in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
As a Operations Specialist at Webrin Q, you will be responsible for:

Daily coordination and planning of routes in a TMS system WQSYSTEM to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Communication with drivers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
-
Receiving and handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
-
Following up on deliveries to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.
-
Ongoing optimization of route plans to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
-
Administrative follow-up and reporting, including document handling and invoicing.
-
Negotiating contracts with new hauliers.
-
Acting as a liaison between the terminal and operations, with limited responsibility for terminal operations.

Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless customer implementations.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within transport and logistics.

Strong understanding of route planning and optimization of transport processes.
-
Good communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
-
Experience with transport management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
-
Fluent in Danish and good English skills, both written and spoken.
-
