Better Collective is a leading sports media group and we are now looking for a Part-Time IT Onboarding Specialist to join our team in the Copenhagen office. About the role
As the IT Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring new users are seamlessly integrated into our IT systems. This position requires close collaboration with our international IT teams in London and Niš, providing a unique opportunity to work in a global setting.


Your main responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and management of user accounts in MS Active Directory and Google Workspace.
  
• Ensure all new employees are set up with the necessary hardware and software.
  
• Conduct IT orientation sessions for new hires, including training on company IT policies and procedures.
  
• Provide support and troubleshooting for any on-boarding-related IT issues.
  
• Document on-boarding processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding process.
  

Who you are

• Experience in IT support or a related field, with a focus on good human friendly support and on-boarding.
  
• Understanding of MS Active Directory and Google Workspace.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  
• Ability to conduct training sessions and create clear, concise documentation.
  
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
