Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments for Danish employees.

• Maintain and update employee data.

• Prepare salaries, including related bookkeeping and balance reconciliation between Payroll and Accounts.

• Administer and apply for reimbursements (e.g., maternity and sickness) and provide related guidance.

• Handle holiday registration and payments.

• Manage pension registration.

• Compile external statistics.

• Process private outlays and expenses.

• Oversee and coordinate office-related tasks.

• Manage E-boks and Tax account records.

• Danish VAT reporting and related compliance.

• Complete various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Speaks and understands Danish and English, with strong communication skills.

• Experience with payroll systems (DAT uses Navision for its Payroll and other accounting needs).

• Relevant higher education qualification.
