Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments for Danish employees.
- Maintain and update employee data.
- Prepare salaries, including related bookkeeping and balance reconciliation between Payroll and Accounts.
- Administer and apply for reimbursements (e.g., maternity and sickness) and provide related guidance.
- Handle holiday registration and payments.
- Manage pension registration.
- Compile external statistics.
- Process private outlays and expenses.
- Oversee and coordinate office-related tasks.
- Manage E-boks and Tax account records.
- Danish VAT reporting and related compliance.

Complete various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Speaks and understands Danish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with payroll systems (DAT uses Navision for its Payroll and other accounting needs).

Relevant higher education qualification.
