PMO SUPPORT CONSULTANT
We are looking for a PMO Support for our client in the Financial Industry. You will join the PMO team and Project Managers, and you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the entire team.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain project documentation
- Track resource schedules
- Coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial and status tracking
- Provide analytical support to the PMO team and project managers
- Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with implementation Wo W and improvements
- Drive processes, issues and support administrations of Governance bodies
- Book meeting
- Follow up on material readiness
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience within Project Management from a similar position
- Skilled within Project management and how a program works
- Knowledge with system/ application: Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoints, Excel & PPT etc), Jira or Azure Devops
- Experience with creation management reports and decision material
- Mindset to solve all kinds of practicalities, ad hoc task and administrative work
- Curiosity to learn and try out new tasks
- Professional English skills - both oral and written Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
