Portfolio Management Lead in New Product Planning & Portfolio Strategy

As Portfolio Management Lead in New Product Planning and Portfolio Strategy, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of new products and optimizing the lifecycle management of existing treatments within Respiratory Allergy, Food Allergy, Anaphylaxis and other new adjacent therapy areas. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our portfolio and that we continue to meet unmet medical needs for patients around the world.
Your primary tasks will be:

Lead strategic portfolio initiatives and recommendations within our Respiratory Allergy Therapy area, spanning from life-cycle management ideas to innovation in our pipeline.
Conduct comprehensive commercial assessments, including market and competitor analysis across ALKs therapy areas in collaboration with therapy area leads.
Evolve Target Product Profiles (TPPs) for both internal and external assets across ALKs therapy areas.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial, to align on product development and market strategies across ALKs therapy areas.
Contribute to portfolio assessments and development of commercial guidance to R&D, as well as contributing to the annual portfolio review.
Stay informed of market trends, therapeutic advancements, and competitive activities to provide strategic insights.

On a daily basis, you will work in a global context but interact primarily with the other therapy area leads and various headquarter functions across a diverse network of internal colleagues from Research & Development, various Commercial functions, Finance and Product Supply.
Your profile
We expect that you have:

An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or Ph D strongly preferred.
3- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience within the field of respiratory allergy or related diseases is a plus.
Solid understanding of drug development, regulatory landscapes, and healthcare systems.
Ability to translate a scientific idea/project into a commercial opportunity.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills paired with strong business acumen.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience from having worked in one of the following areas is a plus: New Product Planning, Life-Cycle Management, Brand/Product Management, Market Access and Pricing.
