The position
As a Principal Project Manager for CMO and Expansion Projects, you will be responsible of impactful projects that are global, cross-functional, and of strategic priority. You will work closely together with specialists and project managers both within and outside the company.

Your primary task will include:

Leading tech transfer projects to new CMO’s and leading other expansion project.
Taking accountability for achieving project milestones and drives the project according to the plan, budget, and quality in collaboration with Steering Committee.
Ensuring strong collaboration with a broad group of stakeholders.
Striving for continuous improvement and taking responsibility for productivity improvement of our project management processes, project setup, and governance.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your project management skills in a global setting. Stakeholder management has a central role in this position, providing you with key chance to expand your global network across Product Supply within different areas of expertise and different organizational levels. You will be working out of Søborg, Denmark and depending on the projects there will be 1-4 weeks traveling.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can inspire and energize their surroundings, establish clear and ambitious goals, and work closely together with project team members and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is good at building relations, has strong interpersonal skills and can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.

We imagine that a successful candidate has:

BSc, MSC Degree or equivalent in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another similar field.
Strong project management experience, with experience in managing complex projects.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry e.g. aseptic production, tech transfer or CMO handling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferably with experience building strong relations with stakeholders cross-functionally and globally.

Additionally, you have a high integrity and resilience that enables you to incorporate different views in the decision-making process.

On a personal level, you have a high degree of energy, drive, and willingness to make a difference. You communicate and collaborate with empathy across cultures and functions. Moreover, your behavior fosters positive interactions with project team members and stakeholders making you a great team player.

About the department
You will be part of a newly established “CMO and Expansion Projects” department. The success of the department has impact on the speed, success rate and overall ability for NN to integrate and launch new CMO’s within the AM product portfolio, hence a significant impact on the overall NN bottom line.
