The mission of the Debt Management Development Tribe is to deliver an exceptional, frictionless 'Debt Collection as a Service'. We're committed to empowering our customers facing financial difficulties with supportive and accessible solutions through a high-quality system landscape.

Your future team and role
You will work together with dedicated colleagues in a global team characterised by an inclusive and caring culture. A team where we are enthusiastic and want to deliver and at the same time having fun and celebrate our wins.
As a leader, you will inspire a squad of 8-12 skilled professionals, fostering an empowering environment that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork. Additionally, you will help, guide and empower the team to deliver on our high priority deliveries.
You will be aligning priorities and proactively interacting with a large and complex stakeholder landscape. Internally, it will be service owners, compliance and risk specialists, business owners, fellow product owners, tribe leadership in Debt Management as well as domain leadership. The external stakeholders are the financial authorities, debt collection agencies and IT system vendors. Advanced stakeholder management skills, and an ability to navigate in a large and complex business, are integral to this role.

Comprehensive technical understanding and knowledge of banking or financial industry, working as a Product Owner, manager, project manager or similar
Ability to set the direction for your squad based on customer and business needs as well as the overall direction set in the corporate strategy
Ability to balance short- and long-term goals, always aiming for high quality
Proven stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels
Motivated by driving sprint planning, sprint refinement, sprint retro’s etc.
Experienced in project and program management
Interested in taking part in cross-Tribe and cross-organisational leadership tasks
