We are seeking a highly skilled Product Security Architect to join our dynamic security team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to strengthen the security of a diverse product portfolio and ensuring the resilience of our cutting-edge technologies.

As a Product Security Architect, you will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and evangelizing product security requirements across our online services, both internally and for customers and partners. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enable security initiatives and deliverables. This role is vital in designing secure systems and protecting our product ecosystem from potential threats.

Responsibilities

Conduct threat modeling assessments on systems, applications, and networks to identify and mitigate potential resilience and security risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze threat data, assess vulnerabilities, and prioritize remediation efforts.
Partner with development teams to promote and communicate product security requirements, review designs, and advocate control frameworks that meet secure development goals.
Work closely with centralized and decentralized tooling teams to ensure security throughout the SDLC and SSDLC processes.
Help establish a metrics program to provide insights into the performance of security functions within product development.
Empower engineers with the tools and confidence to create secure solutions to complex problems.
Leverage external information, such as software flaws and security research, to inform product security strategies.
Translate technical risks for business leaders and business risks for technical teams to achieve the best security outcomes.
Act as a security advocate by interacting with various departments to explain and enforce security measures.

Your profile

5+ years of experience in technical problem-solving in one or more of the following areas: product development, product security, application security, information security, or digital platform security.
Demonstrated experience in application development and security integration.
Strong knowledge of secure development practices and tools.
Proven experience working with software development teams at both the leadership and individual contributor levels.
Proficient in cloud security with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with contemporary software development practices and security protocols.
Mastery of threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE, DREAD, or PASTA.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical risks to business leaders and vice versa.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP or vendor-specific security certifications.
Fluency in English is required.
