For our strong brand, ONLY, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to excel and provide support while our awesome colleague is on parental leave.
YOUR TEAM
You will be privileged to be part of two dedicated teams – one in ONLY and one in Talent Acquisition. Your dedicated team at ONLY, where you will spend most of your days, is a mix of competent colleagues all supporting ONLY’s managers within various tasks. The Talent Acquisition team consists of specialists who work closely together to support the entire organisation within attraction, recruitment, and onboarding. Both teams eagerly await your arrival and are ready to help you settle into your new role. We are generally busy bees, but we are never so busy that we do not pause to show interest in each other, share knowledge and lend a helping hand.
THE JOB
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be dedicated to one of our largest brands, ONLY, focusing on supporting the managers in recruitment. Your primary tasks lie within the administrative aspects of recruitment, but you will also be responsible for attracting and sourcing candidates by communicating and sharing insights about the ONLY Brand and their opportunities. Besides the company of great colleagues, you will fill your days with these tasks:
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Screening and evaluating candidates through our recruitment system, Success Factors
- Sourcing relevant profiles through Linked In Recruiter, talent pools etc. and converting them to candidates
- Keeping a structured and updated overview of all open positions and candidates
- Coordinating interviews on behalf of the hiring managers and greeting candidates
- Following-up on progress and ensuring a good candidate experience
- Aside from awesome – and skilled – colleagues, you will get to put your mark on ONLY’s business by ensuring we get the right people onboard
- We are continuously looking for new and smarter ways of operating, so you will have plenty of opportunity to explore new tools and participate in projects

Your educational background is not essential since we hire for mindset and train for skills. We imagine that you are a recent graduate with some experience from the corporate world through an internship or student job. But you might also have a few years of experience from a similar role. We also hope that you see yourself in these skillsets:
- A wizard with words
- Good relationship builder across organisational levels
- Fluent in Danish and English, written as well as spoken is a requirment
- Familiarity with Linked In is considered an advantage

EMPLOYMENT
The position is temporary with a duration of appx. one year expected to start in January/February 2025.
WORK LOCATION
Four days a week at ONLY and one day a week with the Recruitment team – both located in Brande, Denmark.
