Job Description:

Ensure administrative follow-up of customer files, including order processing and management of quotes and contracts.
Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with company policies.
Manage sales and administrative documentation, organize files, update customer databases, and generate regular reports.
Provide efficient support to the sales team, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, and facilitating internal communication.
Contribute to improving sales processes by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

Du er adrenalinjunkie med hang til julens krøller, julegaver og julehjerter; og ikke mindst den helt specielle og til tider hektiske julestemning, der hersker i detailbutikkerne i tiden frem mod jul. Du har erfaring fra detailbranchen, er selvkørende og struktureret – og er gerne udstyret med en stærk mercerprofil. Derudover, er det et krav, at du er bosiddende i syd- eller sønderjylland, at du har kørekort samt taler og skriver dansk.

Du må gerne have erfaring med at motivere kæder og forhandlere til at sælge dine produkter, dvs. du ved hvordan man motiverer forhandlerne og deres ansatte/sælgere til at promote og sælge lige netop dine produkter.

Det vigtigste er dog, at du har masser af godt humør og drive, er udadvendt og fleksibel, har høj energi og er parat til at yde en stor arbejdsindsats. Du er en ildsjæl, der brænder for at gøre en forskel.
