Job Title: Sales Lead / Head of Sales

Location: Denmark (Remote within Denmark considered)
Annual Salary: £80,000 GBP (~715,000 DKK), plus commission and standard benefits
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Lead / Head of Sales to drive new business acquisition across Denmark and broader European markets. Initially, this role will operate independently to generate new business and secure new clients. As revenue grows, the position will transition into a team leadership role with the responsibility of building and managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and convert them into clients, focusing on new-name customers within the transportation and logistics sector.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Lead international expansion efforts, leveraging existing industry knowledge and networks.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and project management teams to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition processes.
• Contribute to the establishment and implementation of CRM systems and sales processes as the team expands.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in new business Saa S sales, ideally within the transportation, logistics, cargo, or ports sector.
• Ability to independently generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales from scratch.
• Experience in or readiness for team leadership and management.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Danish beneficial.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as needed.
