As a Sales Representative within NOISY MAY, you will get a great opportunity to show and develop your sales skills in an international setting and influence your own field of work. The focus of the CBO (Cross Border Online) department is on achieving the best results together with our biggest online customers as well as our own ecommerce channel noisymay.com. You will join our family of fighters in an organization with a strong belief in freedom of responsibility, and opportunity for personal- and professional development. THE TEAM
You will have a central role in NOISY MAY’s energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales department in Aarhus. Each of us focuses on being the best business partner for our key customers such as Zalando, Asos, About You, and other large online accounts. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers are experiencing the highest service level, best product package and outstanding cooperation. As a team, we value an informal tone, where everyone gets along well with each other and pulls together.
THE POSITION
As Sales Responsible for CBO your primary responsibility is to sell in the optimal product package our largest ecommerce partners. You will be measured on sell in as much as sell out. It requires a close daily dialogue with our customers, Key Account Managers, and above all the buying and design team and you will play a crucial part in ensuring an optimal workflow.
Your responsibilities will include:
You are deeply passionate about fashion, trends, and tendencies, and staying up to date on what’s working well in your markets and their needs comes natural to you. You are a creative sales mind by nature and enjoy the thrill of reaching targets. At the same time, you keep an ongoing overview, work in a structured manner, and combine your creative mindset with your analytical flair. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

- Securing closeness to our customers through daily contact
- Following up and analysing sales figures and performance
- Selling in a focused product package from start to finish in line with the brand’s DNA
- Always have an eye out for sales opportunities through best performance and product gaps
- Developing new products together with the Product Responsibles
- Playing an active part in the order check process to maximise potential
- Contributing to building a NOISY winner team with kick-ass atmosphere and motivation to smash our targets
You are deeply passionate about fashion, trends, and tendencies, and staying up to date on what’s working well in your markets and their needs comes natural to you. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Preferably an educational background within sales, retail, supply chain management or suchlike.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with B2B key account management and online sale channels.
- Experience that shows that you can translate sales strategies into result-creating actions.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) – German is considered an advantage.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft package / Google docs.
