The role:As an Educator with Kao, you will help gain, maintain, and increase our sales, building our image & brand awareness, and promoting the Kao brand through Education activities. You will engage with salon staff and owners to improve the hairdressers' skills, supporting them in building their salon business through selling Kao products. Reporting to our Associate Director for Education in the Nordics, you will be an important link to form close relationships with salons, communicating on the same level – with real hairdressing and expert color and retail experience.
You will:

Be a positive Brand Ambassador by demonstrating GOLDWELL and KMS products & services to new, potential & existing salons.
Conduct in-salon classes at a high level, following the class formats set out by the Education strategy and curriculum.
Ensure all demo products and tools are in pristine condition and the academy is properly stocked
Complete planning and reporting paperwork, fulfilling administration tasks and reports relating to Education.
Work together with the wider Nordic Education team and your sales team to achieve common goals.
Be available to work at trade events, evening and weekends if required.

This role will involve frequent travel to client sites across the country, as well as work from our Kao Salon Academy in Copenhagen.
You have:

Professional certification(s) in hairdressing
3+ years' experience in all aspects of hairdressing, including the knowledge of how best to organise and run training sessions in salons
Knowledge of colorants, treatments and haircare products
Experience planning and running training sessions that inform and motivate, and maximise the number of applications you can make
The ability to organise your own working days to visit a maximum number of clients
Experience producing and delivering presentations to influence customers to choose KAO salon products
The ability to build relationships with a variety of cultures/personalities
