We’re looking for an experienced SAP PMO to lead our SAP Implementation project across the Nordic countries, bringing structure, alignment, and strategic focus to a high-impact initiative within our organization. About the Job
As the SAP PMO for our SAP Implementation project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this critical project is delivered successfully. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop and uphold a governance framework to ensure compliance with business objectives, change management at every level and adherence to industry best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables with a clear focus on change impact and readiness.
- Working closely with HQ and functional teams to create seamless alignment, minimizing disruption and ensuring that the transition is well-supported.
- Continuously monitor project progress, prepare regular updates, and escalate risks and issues when necessary to keep stakeholders informed.
- Allocate and manage resources and ensure budget compliance throughout the project.
- Ensure that both matrix and Nordic teams have the tools, training, and support they need to adapt to new processes.
- Develop and execute a risk management process to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to facilitate change acceptance and engagement.
Your Profile
You hold a bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, IT, or a related field. You bring at least five years of project management experience, including two years from SAP implementation or SAP PMO roles, ideally within an industrial or matrixed organization. Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management credential.
Your leadership and communication skills enable you to guide cross-functional teams in a complex environment. Prioritizing is a key focus for you, as you stay on track on our goals. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms, along with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, are essential.

This role provides opportunities for professional growth as you lead a transformative implementation The role is temporary with a timeline of 12-18 months, with the possibility of extension. As the role is across the Nordic region, you should expect to be present at our site in Nr. Aaby or in Helsingborg, with some travel days to the site, which will not be your primary location.
