We build a green future together with someone who can:

Actively support CS WIND Offshore sales with the achievement of sales targets
Review and analyse tender documents and contracts usually based on FIDIC issued by global clients to identify contractual and legal risks
Draft contracts, position papers and other legal documents
Participate in and actively support contract negotiations - both in Denmark and abroad
Take the lead on maintaining and developing CS WIND Offshore`s terms and conditions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right risk profile for CS WIND Offshore
Advice on ad hoc assignments on commercial and legal issues

As part of the team, we imagine you to:

Have a relevant legal background, e.g. Master of Business Administration or Master of Laws
Preferably have 5 years’ experience as a transactional lawyer preferably from the renewables sector. Alternatively, a highly experienced FIDIC contract manager could also be considered
Preferably have proven experience with FIDIC contracts
Have a business-oriented mindset and understanding of how to combine commercial considerations with legal requirements
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders both internally and externally
Be fluent in English at a negotiating level (verbal and written)
Be interested in working closely together with the commercial team and to take an active part in winning new contracts
