Senior Specialist Membership Performance Analytics & Insights

Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Membership Performance Specialist” as part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within LEGO® Market & Channels Global Marketing.

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead performance management projects for Membership & Personalization, by supporting the creation of reporting frameworks, helping to define relevant performance and business metrics, and by supporting performance improvement initiatives across all cross-functional reporting & analytics teams
  • Support the delivery of high-quality reports on a weekly and monthly basis, covering the latest performance insights on our member base to drive data-driven decision making, in close partnership with reporting, analytics and finance teams across the business
  • Support the briefing and/or creation of self-service dashboards, to facilitate speed and transparency in performance updates
  • Support the delivery of member, channel and campaign insights, levering all available data and tools to showcase business opportunities, working closely with Membership Acquisition & Activation, and Membership Expansion teams
  • Support the (annual) forecasting & target setting process of Membership & Personalization, in conjunction with the LEGO Group’s OKR and portfolio planning process, and in close partnership with Finance, CRM Hub, Membership operations, M&C (Markets & Channels), PMD (Product Marketing Development), Digital and Supply chain
  • Support the P&L management process of Membership & Personalization, by investigating trends by and creating insights on what actions will improve top and bottom line results, in close partnership with Finance
  • Partner with the Membership Operations team on member feedback & satisfaction tracking and reporting, and help synthesize into overall membership performance
  • Contribute to creating a performance culture by helping to define the standard-of-excellence in performance management, and by actively encouraging knowledge-sharing across performance management teams in M&C, PMD and LEGO Retail
  • Help driving an agile way-of-working model, ensuring quality, flexibility and speed in how business questions are tackled

This position will be responsible for leading performance management projects and actively contributes to planning & target setting within Membership & Personalization. Collaborating with key cross functional teams across M&C (Markets & Channels), PMD (Product Marketing Department), and Digital, helping us leverage data to achieve our membership and personalization goals effectively and efficiently.

You will report directly to the Senior Director Performance, Development & Decisioning.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Strong experience in performance management, insights, and/or analytics, with proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar tools, SQL-based databases, and Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in SQL and Excel is a must
  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
  • Excels at creating clear, concise and actionable insights from multiple data sources to answer business questions
  • Proficient understanding of personalization, CRM, and loyalty programs
  • An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; can-do attitude, focused on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure
