The job
We are looking for a student assistant to join our Product team. We are an international team with the responsibility to shape the future of IQX, the software platform of FOSS for the food and feed industries. You will be reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager and are expected to work approximately 2 days a week (with flexibility during exam periods). The position is based at our headquarters in Hillerød.
Primary tasks

Conduct user research with qualitative and quantitative methods.
Develop service blueprints, user journeys, and personas profiles to describe the insights from user research.
Collaborate with the Product Leads of the different product areas to convert user needs into new functionalities for our software.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for project planning.
Assist in maintaining and developing the training material for the newly developed functionalities.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with at least two semesters left before graduating (e.g., Service Design, Interaction Design, Innovation Management, etc.).
Experience with Design Thinking principles and methodologies.
Experience with service design tools and methods (e.g., user interviews, customer journey mapping, ideation workshops, prototyping, etc.).
Since FOSS is a global organization, it is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English.

Personal skills

Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mentality.
Adaptability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Beside the allocated time as student assistant, we are open for academic collaborations if you wish to write university projects or thesis with us.
