The Site Care Partner in Denmark is the primary Pfizer contact for investigative sites, responsible for ensuring quality and patient safety.

This role oversees site monitoring, maintains relationships throughout the study lifecycle, and uses data from analytic tools and regional intelligence to proactively manage risks to quality and compliance.

The Site Care Partner also addresses CRA performance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. As Pfizer's representative, this role guarantees support for sites, resolves issues, and upholds Pfizer's reputation as a "Partner of Choice."

As the Site Care Partner you collaborate and share insights for country outreach surveys, site strategies, study design, and Pfizer pipeline opportunities. you would be responsible for the initiation, activation, and execution of studies at targeted sites. The lead also coordinates with other roles and functions interacting with sites, streamlining communications and ensuring the quality of site-level activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A healthcare-related scientific or technical degree is preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodology. Typically, candidates would have a BS/BSc/MS/MSc or equivalent, with approximately 6-8 years of experience in clinical research or quality management.

Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is required.

Technical Competencies include:

Extended knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable countries
Demonstrated knowledge of site intelligence at country/cluster level in support of site recommendation
Documented knowledge of clinical trial methodology and the drug development process, related to monitoring clinical trials, GCP, FDA, or country-specific regulatory environment
Previously show success in prior scientific/technical/administrative roles
Experience in site activation,
Skilled in networking and relationship building
Documented ability to manage projects and cross-functional processes
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal & external stakeholders
Successfully adapting to changing technologies and processes
Skilled to evaluate, interpret and present complex issues and data to support assessment and mitigation of site risk

Please note following requirements:

Ability to travel regionally and locally
Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is mandatory
