Team and Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Radar domain team. You might be just starting your career or have a few years of experience - either way, we would love to hear from you. As a Software Engineer in Radar, you will contribute to developing high-quality, scalable software solutions while learning from experienced mentors. The role offers opportunities to develop technical skills with close guidance from senior colleagues.
Our department consists of over 20 developers, along with architects, test managers, and project managers, all working in an agile setup. We have a friendly and supportive environment, where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are important. Our team members come from varied technical backgrounds and experience levels, creating a strong foundation for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions following our architectural standards and best practices
- Participate in technical discussions to understand requirements and implementation approaches
- Engage in code reviews and quality assurance processes
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems
- Contribute to documentation and testing activities
- Programming experience in Java and/or C++
- Experience with Linux, Python, Git and VSCode
- Knowledge of automated testing practices
- Understanding of basic software design patterns
- Good problem-solving skills
- A degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Structured approach while embracing agile practices
- Motivated to tackle technical challenges and grow professionally
- Proficient in English, with a preference for Danish
