- Execute and follow-up on purchases up to 750,000 DKK, including processing requisitions (PR), obtaining offers, and selecting, negotiating, and managing suppliers.
- Issue and send Purchase Orders (PO)
- Become a Systems Key User on the upstream part of the P2P process in SAP. (Training will be provided to reach ‘Key-User’ level)
- Maintain purchasing policy, processes, and procedures.
- Support Sourcing Managers and Category Managers.
- Support reporting of purchasing activities in Denmark.
- Cooperate closely with requisitioners to find the right technical solutions.
- Control invoice and solve deviations
- Property Management (20%): Responsibility for Faxe Kalk's properties, including administration of operations, maintenance, green areas, cleaning, and rental.
- Relevant professional background with experience in operational and technical purchasing.
- Eager to work in an ERP (such as COUPA & SAP or similar)
- Good interpersonal skills and team player, happy to support your colleagues and the organization
- You appreciate to negotiate and are driven by achieving procurement performance
- Proficient in Danish at negotiation level and English for regular collaboration
- You are happy to work in an industrial environment and show curiosity to "get out in the field" to meet suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Open to travelling abroad (Belgium and/or other EU countries up to 3 weeks/year) and short term (1-2 days) trip in Denmark to meet suppliers
