Standard Products Production Planner

As a production planner, your purpose is to ensure efficient and optimal production planning that meets the company's goals and requirements. You will be responsible for developing and updating production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and in accordance with the schedules.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and analyze production plans by collecting relevant data to create and update schedules and orders based on order input, delivery times, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with various departments such as sales, procurement, and warehouse to ensure smooth production planning through effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
Monitor production progress by facilitating meetings and ensuring adherence to schedules.
Identify opportunities to enhance production planning and increase efficiency, including cost efficiency, through the implementation of automated tools and optimization of resource allocation.
Collaborate with the quality department to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in the production process, addressing any quality-related issues.
Ensure and monitor accurate data input and output in the ERP system regarding production orders, routing, BOMs, and financial closure of orders

Professional Competences and Qualifications

Experience in production planning and coordination in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis and production planning systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Thorough understanding of ENABL's product and project model, ERP system, IMS, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Sound knowledge of production and inventory management principles.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and presentation.
