Location: Mid Jutland, onsite 3 days a week must be expected

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

M.Sc. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience
Proven track record in the wind industry
Excellent proficiency in Ansys, APDL, Python, and Matlab
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Execute structural engineering tasks with a focus on Nacelle Back End development for advanced wind turbines
Utilize Ansys, APDL, Python, and Matlab for structural calculations and analyses
Work with complex highly nonlinear FE-models, addressing bolted connections, welds, modelling of bearings, and their influence on surrounding components
Implement ultimate limited state and fatigue limited state analyses for various components
Provide expertise in casted components and structural steel
