Technical Product Manager for Radar Systems, Lystrup

Team and Role
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), your primary responsibility will be ensuring the ongoing producibility of Terma's radar products after development projects have concluded. You will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of these products and ensuring that they meet the necessary certifications for the defense & civil markets in which Terma operates.
Your main stakeholders will include Commercial Product Managers, Production Units, and Architects/System Engineers, but you will also collaborate with many other interfaces across the organization.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. This entails that candidate, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

- Small product enhancements
- Cost optimization
- Qualification
- Compliance
As a Technical Product Manager, your are expected to have a good technical understanding, preferably with experience within electronic development (Digital,. Analog & RF) and production.
- You have a technical background e.g. Engineer or similar
- You have abroad knowledge of electronic development or production of electronic products.
- You have experience with technical project management, including resource and task management
- You have the ability of lead a team with people from different technical areas.
- Your work demonstrate drive and are passionate about your product responsibility
- You are like working independent and are motivated by a product responsibility
