Technical Sales Manager to Drive the Future of...

As a Sales Manager, you will be crucial to our business development efforts, driving sales strategy and building relationships within the R&D sector. Your role is key to helping us expand our global footprint, especially within Europe and the U.S. If you thrive on sales growth, strategic execution, and being part of a cutting-edge industry, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the European and U.S. markets, aligning with ATLANT 3D’s global objectives.
- Drive and manage all sales activities across Europe and the U.S., achieving targeted market expansion.
- Prepare sales budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure alignment with growth goals.
- Create and deliver equipment quotations and pilot proposals, closing deals that align with company targets.
- Actively seek new sales and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights based on key sales metrics.
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in high-tech sales and a passion for driving results in the R&D space. Here's what we're looking for:
Main Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-tech equipment sales and services within the R&D industry, with a focus on Europe and the U.S.
- Strong experience in creating and executing sales strategies and meeting aggressive targets.
- Proven skills in customer relationship building and management.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
