As a Sales Manager, you will be crucial to our business development efforts, driving sales strategy and building relationships within the R&D sector. Your role is key to helping us expand our global footprint, especially within Europe and the U.S. If you thrive on sales growth, strategic execution, and being part of a cutting-edge industry, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the European and U.S. markets, aligning with ATLANT 3D’s global objectives.

Drive and manage all sales activities across Europe and the U.S., achieving targeted market expansion.

Prepare sales budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure alignment with growth goals.

Create and deliver equipment quotations and pilot proposals, closing deals that align with company targets.

Actively seek new sales and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights based on key sales metrics.

Who Are We Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in high-tech sales and a passion for driving results in the R&D space. Here's what we're looking for:
Main Qualifications:

Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in high-tech equipment sales and services within the R&D industry, with a focus on Europe and the U.S.

Strong experience in creating and executing sales strategies and meeting aggressive targets.

Proven skills in customer relationship building and management.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
