Manager for Service Team – CPH Airport

Your responsibilities…
You will lead our service team, which consists of dishwashers and runners.
You will be a part of the team ‘on the floor’.
You will cooperate daily with your unit manager colleagues in our restaurant units
You will be part of a team of managers and report to SSP’s Operations Manager.
You will have overall management and budget responsibility for SSP’s service team.
Core tasks
- Overall responsibility for the daily management of the service team
- Ensure that all service tasks meet SSP’s high standards
- Recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Responsible for budget and financial reporting
- Compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensuring high operational standards
We are looking for someone who has:
- Solid management experience from the restaurant or service industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with budget responsibility
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure
- Professional, energetic, and with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Scandinavian and English
- A clean criminal record according to the Ministry of Transport’s regulation 979
