We are looking for a Country Manager to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

Support the company in assessing the feasibility of entering the Ecuadorian market.
Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate in setting strategic priorities based on initial assessments and potential business opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with local banks, payment solution providers, regulatory entities, suppliers, and potential clients.
Assist in coordinating commercial and operational activities, including recruitment, organization, and supervision of staff if applicable in future phases.
Contribute to the development of projects and product innovation based on market insights.
Work closely with technical teams to explore potential integrations with providers, banks, and clients.
Collaborate with all support teams to ensure the success of the exploratory phase.
Monitor and identify any recurring issues or areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and better meet potential clients' needs.

Requirements:

Degree in engineering or related fields, with knowledge and experience in business administration.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in client relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and clients.
Previous experience in the payment processing industry.
Experience in high-level relationships with local banks.
Proactive mindset and ability to work with limited resources.
