Job Summary:

This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the technology and health industries, a proven track record in executive management, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including product development, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the company’s technology platforms meet the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and investors.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and new product development.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a focus on the technology and health industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology-driven initiatives and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the health industry and the unique challenges and opportunities in the Ecuadorian market.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse and talented team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
