Job Summary:
The President will serve as the executive leader of Health Bird Ecuador, responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting the company’s vision and direction, and overseeing all aspects of operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the technology and health industries, a proven track record in executive management, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including product development, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the company’s technology platforms meet the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and investors.
Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and new product development.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a focus on the technology and health industries.
Proven track record of leading successful technology-driven initiatives and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the health industry and the unique challenges and opportunities in the Ecuadorian market.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse and talented team.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
