Responsibilities:

• Expense Report Management:
  • Process and review all expense reports submitted through Concur.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in accurately completing and submitting expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all expense reports.
  • Prepare payments and deductions related to employee expenses.
• Policy Enforcement:
  • Regularly review and update company expense policies to align with current regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of expense policies across all Concur reports.
• Customer Service:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to business departments and controllers, meeting or exceeding agreed service level agreements.
• Accounting and Compliance:
  • Contribute to the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions in relevant systems, adhering to Group policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance and internal control efforts related to accounting, taxation, and reporting.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Follow instructions and guidance provided by the Team Leader.

Required Skills:

• Very good command of turkish language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
